Congrats on receiving the 2025 Crazy Peach Pilot Micro-Grant, your funding is ready to be claimed, and all you need to do is follow the steps below to complete the process and get your award smoothly.
Step 1
Please review the agreement and sign it. Let us know if you have any questions or potential adjustments. The agreement should be in your inbox by 2nd December 2025.
Step 2
Prepare your invoice. Every artist needs to submit an invoice letter in order to request the grant and any future support from us.

Step 3
SCN (The Social Change Net) has informed us that they are still in the process of preparation. Although they verbally mentioned that it may take around another one week, they are unable to provide any written confirmation or formal timeline at this stage. The primary reason for the delay is the need to verify our country list for all over 18 international participant regions. SCN is still contacting with us to confirm this list to ensure funds can be safely disbursed.
We’ve attached our email communication with SCN, so you can take a look at the process directly and feel confident in the transparency of our actions.

Considering the above situation, we have prepared two routes for you choose to receive your grant:
First route: If you prefer the fastest and most straightforward option, our funder would transfer the funds to you privately. Please prepare and send your invoice addressed to our funder's email, and he transfer the funds to you.
Typically, transfers to UK accounts are the quickest and most reliable, and the funder can confidently ensure that the payment will arrive within a few days. For EU, US international bank accounts, he will still try his best to make the transfer work, but we cannot fully guarantee the outcome, as he has not previously made transfers to some of these regions.
To note, if you’re outside the UK/EU/US but you do have a PayPal account, we suggest using PayPal for our transfer. And if you don’t have one yet, we encourage you to try setting one up as it often makes the process much smoother, especially for international participants.
Second route: You can choose to go through with SCN. This means you will need to keep waiting, but it remains a more formal and transparent process.
( If you do not have a UK, EU, or US bank account, and if PayPal is also unavailable or restricted in your country, we would strongly recommend continuing with SCN via Open Collective, as it still offers a more reliable and institutionally secure pathway to receive your grants.

So here’s two option:
First route: you can choose to go through scn, that means you need to keep waiting, but that is a more legal process, could help us to keep more transparent, and have a good showcase to the world.
Second route: Otherwise our funder would transfer you privately, if you are able to provide a UK bank account with your invoice, it generally can be garenteed to transfer. If you have a US or EU bank account, our founder would try him best, but can’t guarantee it will successfully transferred.
